Patio, path and clay paver cleaning
A patio or path turned green becomes slippery at the first rain. Toiture Wash pressure-washes clay pavers (klinkers), paving stones and slabs: €6 per m² excl. VAT for clay pavers, joints refilled with white sand included, and €5 per m² for other outdoor surfaces.

Why clean a patio or a path
- Safety: moss, algae and deposits make paving slippery, especially in the shade and in winter.
- Joints: moss and weeds settle in the joints, which empty out and let the pavers move.
- Appearance: a clay paver gets its original colour back.
What we do
- High-pressure cleaning of clay pavers, paving stones or slabs.
- Rinsing of the surface.
- Joints refilled with white sand for clay pavers, included in their price. Other surfaces are cleaned without refilling the joints.
When should you clean your patio?
In spring, to enjoy a clean patio all summer, or before winter to stop it becoming slippery.
With the roof, in the same job
Clay pavers can be cleaned during the same job as the roof: a single trip, and no travel or set-up costs once the work reaches €1,000 excl. VAT. In Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, in May 2024, the job included moss removal from the slate roof and cleaning of the clay pavers. In Schepdaal, in June 2024, the job covered the clay pavers and part of the facade. See the Schepdaal job
