Our services
Toiture Wash cleans and treats the outside of your home: the roof first, then gutters, solar panels, facades and patios. Each service has its own page, with prices excl. VAT and our projects.
The roof
Roof moss removal and cleaningMoss, lichen and deposits removed from tiles and slates, followed by a treatment. Gutter cleaning is included. It is our core business.Photo: Wadelincourt, June 2024
Roof treatmentA colourless water repellent, which waterproofs the roof, or an algicide, which slows down moss regrowth, depending on your roof. A moss removal always ends with one of the two, included in the price.
Roof paintingA uniform colour for a sound roof whose shade has faded, always after a moss removal, on a different day.Around the roof
- Gutters and box gutters: gutter cleaning, with the downpipes rinsed under pressure as we go, and fitting of downpipe strainers and gutter mesh.
- Solar panels: cleaning without corrosive products, on its own or together with the roof.
Outdoor areas
- Facades: brick or render, with a method suited to the surface.
- Patios, paths and pavers: high-pressure cleaning, and joints refilled with white sand for clay pavers.
One request, several services
The quote requests we receive often combine several jobs: the roof and its solar panels, the facade and the patio. With a moss removal, gutter cleaning is already included. One job, one trip: it is simpler for you, and travel and set-up costs are not charged once the work reaches €1,000 excl. VAT. In the estimator, tick everything you are interested in.
What we do not do
- Cleaning a roof that contains asbestos: it is prohibited. We check before any quote: Does my roof contain asbestos?
Frequently asked questions
Can you do everything during the same job?
It depends on the size of the work: a roof of 100 to 150 m² takes about one day to clear of moss, a larger one sometimes needs two; cleaning solar panels as well makes no difference. Painting, on the other hand, is always done on a different day from the moss removal.
