Is the quote really free, with no obligation?
Yes. The quote costs you nothing and places you under no obligation, and it needs no site visit: we measure your roof on Google Earth. The only exception: if your roof may contain asbestos, a paid laboratory analysis may be needed before the quote; we tell you before you spend anything.
What happens to my request?
It reaches us immediately. Our team will contact you by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail, as you prefer, and you will receive your written quote within 48 hours. The quote is valid for three months.
Why do you ask how old my home is?
Because the VAT rate depends on it: your quote states the one that applies, with a single rate for all the work.
Do I have to send photos?
No. They show us the material and condition of the roof covering and how it can be accessed, which makes the quote more accurate. We measure the surface area on Google Earth.
Will you come and measure my roof before the quote?
No: we measure it on Google Earth, without a site visit. On the day of the work, the team checks the measurements on site. Our quotes are generally accurate; if there is a difference, the invoice is based on the measurements taken on site.
Is the treatment included?
Yes: every moss removal ends with a treatment, included in the price. Depending on your roof, it is either a colourless water repellent or an algicide, fungicide and bactericide product. Gutter cleaning is included too.
Are there any extra costs?
For work under €1,000 excl. VAT, travel and set-up costs are added: the quote states them. For work of €1,000 or more, they are not charged.
