The job at a glance

Location
Schepdaal (1703), municipality of Dilbeek, Flemish Brabant
Date
June 2024
Customer
private customer
Services
paver cleaning, partial facade cleaning

What we did

  1. The pavers. They were cleaned. The before photo shows a garage driveway on a lower level, between two concrete walls, with dark pavers turned green.
  2. The facade, in part. Part of the brick facade was cleaned. The before and after photos show a corner of the facade where green streaks ran along a downpipe; after cleaning, the brick regained an even shade.

Worth noting

You can call on us even when your roof needs no moss removal. This job covered only the ground and part of the facade: an area that has turned green can be cleaned on its own, without doing the whole house. Below €1,000 of work excl. VAT, the quote adds travel and set-up costs. Here, the green streaks followed the corner of the facade and the downpipe. The method and the prices: Facade cleaning and moss removal and Cleaning of patios, paths and pavers.
